Circular Chemistry — NaOH Recovery Loop
Rice husk combustion provides both the CO₂ and the thermal energy. The NaOH leachant is recovered at 82% efficiency via causticisation — simultaneously producing Nano-PCC as a mandatory co-product. No chemical is purchased twice.
Process Flow Diagram
Six-stage continuous process operating 24×7 across three 8-hour shifts. MVR is mandatory from Day 1 — without it the thermal balance is negative. The NaOH recovery arrow (bottom) reduces NaOH consumption from 37 MT/day gross to 6.7 MT/day fresh makeup.
Isometric Plant Layout — Phase 1 (6 Acres)
Kothakota, Wanaparthy, Telangana. Phase 1 occupies the northern 6 acres of the 12-acre site. Phase 2 land bank (southern 6 acres) reserved for the second furnace from Y2+ accruals. All buildings in RCC frame construction. Process Hall and Furnace in fire-rated RCC — not PEB.
